How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed on demand and typically enter production within 24 hours of payment. Shipping takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every item is custom printed just for you, we can't cancel or modify orders once they're submitted to our print partner. Please double-check your size, color, and design before checking out.

Why does my order say "fulfilled" so quickly?

We automatically send your order to our print partner the moment payment clears. "Fulfilled" means it's in production — not necessarily that it's shipped yet. You'll get a tracking email when it's on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your country and customs processing.

Something arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Email us at ace.crypto3333@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns for size or color?

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for size preference or color choice. Please refer to the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it — no questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), and SOL via Solana Pay for crypto-native payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Solana Pay transactions are processed on-chain with no personal financial data stored on our end.

Can I pay with SOL?

Yes! Select "Pay with SOL" at checkout. A QR code and wallet deeplink will appear. Scan with any Solana wallet app or click to open Phantom or Solflare directly. The SOL amount is calculated at the live price at time of checkout.

How do I register my Dundie?

Go to dundiedistrict.win, connect your Phantom or Solflare wallet, and click "Register NFT". We'll scan your wallet for Dundies District NFTs and you pick which ones to list. Sign once and you're live.

How do royalties work?

Every time someone buys merch featuring your Dundie, 10% of the sale price is automatically converted to SOL at the current price and credited to your royalty balance. The SOL amount is locked at the rate when the sale happened — it doesn't fluctuate with price changes after that.

How do I withdraw my royalties?

Go to your Dashboard, click "Request Payout", and sign a message with your wallet to verify ownership. Your SOL will be sent to your wallet address within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal is ◎0.15 SOL.

What happens to my royalty balance if I deregister my Dundie?

Your balance is safe. When you unlist a Dundie, any royalties it earned move to your wallet-level balance automatically. You can still withdraw them anytime from your Dashboard.

What happens if I sell my Dundie NFT?

Our system checks ownership daily. If you sell your Dundie, it will automatically unlist from the store within 24 hours. Your existing royalty balance is preserved and can still be withdrawn.

Can I buy merch featuring my own Dundie?

Absolutely — and you'll even earn the 10% royalty on your own purchase since it's treated like any other sale.

What products are available?

We currently offer T-shirts, Hoodies, Trucker Hats, Stickers, 20oz Tumblers, and Phone Cases. All products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printify.

Are the colors accurate to what I see on screen?

We do our best to show accurate color swatches. Slight variations can occur between screen displays and actual printed fabric. The tumbler is full color wrap printed — your Dundie artwork wraps around the entire tumbler in vibrant color.

What sizes are available for apparel?

T-shirts are available XS through 4XL. Hoodies are available S through 5XL. Sizes 2XL and above carry a small surcharge to cover production costs.
